Our client, a vibrant and fast-paced organisation in need of temporary support, is seeking a Temporary Administrator to join their team. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring efficient and smooth day-to-day operations, providing essential administrative support to the team.

Responsibilities:

Scan documents onto systems, ensuring accuracy and completeness of data.
Monitor multiple email inboxes, prioritising and responding to emails promptly.
Liaise with clients in a professional and timely manner, addressing inquiries.
Update systems with relevant information, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
Interpreting data to create presentations and graphs.
Provide general administration support, including filing, organising, and maintaining office supplies.Requirements:

Previous experience in administration
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Interpret & manipulate data to present in graphs or PowerPoint presentations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
