Driver Operatives/ Grounds Operatives/Street Cleaners required to work with Northumberland based council on a long running temporary contract based in Hexham.

My client a Northumberland based local council requires a number of experienced, relaible and hard working grounds operatives/ street cleansers to join their outdoors maintenance & management team.

Work will include manual handing, grass cutting, hedge strimming, pruning, litter picking. Candidate must have a driving license.

Candidates must be able to work in all weather conditions and also able to use petrol powered and mechanical gardening machinery.

Job details:

Start Date: ASAP (From the 22nd of July)

Hours: 8.00am - 16.30pm Monday - Friday

Location: Hexham - NE46 1XL

Pay rate: £13.05 per hour (Paid weekly)

Requirments:

Previous experience in a similar role ideal but not essiential
Full Uk Driving License
Must be able to work in all weather confitions
