Position: KS1 Teacher 
Location: Totton
Salary Type: £150 - £200 Per Day 
Start Date: Immediately

We're Looking For:

QTS/PGCE certification is essential.
A strong understanding of the primary school curriculum and a passion for innovative teaching methods are key.
Patience, adaptability, and a love for learning are essential qualities you bring to the classroom as a KS1 Teacher.
Craft captivating lessons that cater to diverse learning styles and ignite a spark of curiosity in every student.

In This Role, You Will:

Develop and deliver engaging lessons that promote knowledge, growth, and a deep understanding of the curriculum.
Create a welcoming and inclusive classroom where every student feels valued and empowered to participate.
Use effective techniques to optimise learning, manage behavior constructively, and promote positive student engagement.
Assess student achievement, providing clear and actionable feedback to support their individual development.
Collaborate effectively with colleagues and parents to ensure student success is a shared goal as a KS1 Teacher.

Bonus Points:

Experience in classroom management, differentiated instruction, and technology integration.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
