Project Quantity Surveyor

Our client is a busy Contractor/Developer whom are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join their growing construction team. This role would suit somebody looking for a long term career opportunity. Main sectors of work are residential and commercial new build.

Key responsibilities:-

Produce valuations and payment applications
Surveying of properties and pricing estimates
Identify changes to works information
Costing variations
Understanding of quality control, material scheduling etc
Subcontract account management
Cost reporting, Cost Planning, Estimating and all Quantity Surveying duties

This is a genuine long term career opportunity to work with a busy and expanding company and to work locally. All levels of Quantity Surveyor will be considered.
