Join our dynamic team at Accelerate Teaching as a School Administrator at a Secondary School in Kirklees We are seeking an experienced individual to fill this vital role and contribute to the efficient operation of our educational institution.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including record-keeping, correspondence, and communication with staff, students, and parents.
Organise school events, meetings, and appointments, ensuring smooth coordination and timely execution.
Support the school leadership team in various administrative functions, such as budget management and resource allocation.
Maintain accurate student records, attendance logs, and examination data, adhering to data protection regulations.
Assist with admissions processes, enrolment procedures, and student welfare matters as required.
Collaborate with teaching staff to facilitate the smooth running of academic programmes and extracurricular activities.
Respond promptly and effectively to inquiries and requests from stakeholders, providing excellent customer service at all times.Requirements:

Previous experience in a similar administrative role within an educational setting is essential.
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the capacity to interact confidently with diverse stakeholders.
Proficiency in IT and administrative software, including Microsoft Office suite and database management systems.
