We are looking for a passionate, resilient, and inspiring Secondary Teacher to join our team and make a significant impact on the lives of our young people.

As a Teacher, you will:

* Plan, deliver, and assess engaging and differentiated lessons in both Maths and English that cater to the diverse needs of our pupils.

* Create a supportive and nurturing classroom environment that fosters academic, social, and emotional growth.

* Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and support strategies for students with SEMH needs.

* Monitor and track pupil progress, providing regular feedback and adapting teaching methods to ensure effective learning.

* Build positive relationships with students, parents, and carers, promoting a culture of respect, inclusion, and high expectations.

* Participate in ongoing professional development and contribute to the wider school community.

Requirements:

* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.

* Proven experience teaching Maths and English, preferably within a specialist or alternative provision setting.

* A strong understanding of SEMH needs and effective strategies to support students with these challenges.

* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

* A compassionate, patient, and resilient approach to teaching.

* A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
