Job Title: Construction Planner - Asta & MS Projects
Location: South West London
Pay Rate: £350 per day

Are you an experienced construction planner who wants to join an innovative modular business?
Do you have experience working on large healthcare projects working as the main contractor?

I'm on the lookout to talk to experienced construction planners to join a growing modular contractor on a £30m new build modular hospital extension. This project will run until April 2024 and there's potential for a permanent role at the end where you will be involved in the wider growth of the business. This project is a JCT form of contract and you will need to have experience using Asta and MS Projects.

This position is a hybrid role spending a couple of days on site and a couple of days at home, the ideal candidate will have experience working on large projects for Tier 1's or Main Contractors. If you have experience in tendering for new projects looking at phasing and logistical plans that would also be advantageous.

We would welcome conversations with candidates who:

A proven track record of planning on large scale, high value projects
Have good commercial acumen
Has previous experience working on healthcare or full turnkey projects.
Asta & MS Project experience
Have worked with JCT forms of contractWe are looking at scheduling interviews next week.
