We're currently recruiting around the South West, looking for experienced social workers to take on the role of Disabled Children's social worker. This role will be paying an attractive rate in exchange for your experience and willingness to assist children with disabilities.
There's no better gratification in Social Work than the one of making a positive difference in a Child's life. The Disabled Children's service ensures that your intervention is always for the sake of helping both Child and Family to overcome odds outside of their control.
About the role:
Working a caseload of 15-20
Assessing needs, creating care plans.
Liaising with multiple agencies to tailor your planning toward the Child.
Weekly Duty Rota in effect - Hybrid Working applies outside of this.What we offer you:

What you'll bring to the table:
At least 2 years post-qualifying experience as a social worker
Hard work and commitment, a strong and convincing display of a drive to succeed.
Solid communication skills and relationship building capabilities.
