Role Overview:

We are looking for an energetic and driven 360 Recruitment Consultant to focus on business development within the M&E sectors. The successful candidate will handle the full recruitment cycle, from acquiring clients to placing candidates, while expanding our market presence. During the first 3-6 months, you will primarily focus on reviving and developing relationships with existing lapsed accounts, alongside generating new business opportunities. Beyond 6 months, the emphasis will shift towards creating and securing new business.

Key Responsibilities:

New Business Development:

* Proactively research, network, and reach out to identify potential clients within the M&E sectors.

* Establish and nurture relationships with key decision-makers to understand their recruitment needs and offer customised solutions.

* Formulate and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our client base.

* Monitor industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to uncover new business opportunities.

Client Management:

* Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights on recruitment best practices, market trends, and talent acquisition strategies.

* Conduct comprehensive client briefings to grasp job requirements, company culture, and ideal candidate profiles.

* Manage client expectations throughout the recruitment process, ensuring timely and professional service delivery.

* Build and maintain strong client partnerships to encourage repeat business and long-term relationships.

Candidate Sourcing:

* Utilise various sourcing techniques, including job boards, social media, referrals, and networking events, to identify and qualify candidates in the M&E sectors.

* Review CVs, conduct candidate interviews, and assess suitability based on skills, experience, and cultural fit.

* Coordinate the interview process, gather feedback, and negotiate offers to secure successful placements.

* Support candidates and clients throughout the onboarding process and beyond, ensuring a smooth transition.

Administration & Reporting:

* Keep accurate records of client and candidate interactions and all recruitment activities on our CRM/ATS system.

* Generate regular reports and performance metrics to track sales and activity targets, KPIs, and business development efforts.

* Ensure compliance with GDPR and all legal and regulatory requirements.

What We Are Looking For:

* Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant, preferably within the Consruction / Engineering sectors.

* A strong track record in new business development.

* Excellent sales and negotiation skills.

* Superior communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport and communicate effectively.

* A results-driven mindset with a focus on exceeding targets and providing exceptional service.

* Knowledge of recruitment techniques and sourcing strategies.

* Proficiency with recruitment software, ATS/CRM, etc.

* High attention to detail.
