My locla authority client are seeking a Housing Litigation Lawyer with local authority experience to manage their own caseload. This role involves handling prosecutions and disrepair claims, as well as covering a wide range of housing management issues.
The ideal candidate will possess:
* Expertise in housing management, including knowledge of pre-action protocols in possession claims, succession claims, and non-occupation/subletting
