Exceptional role for an ambitious commercial property specialist who is keen to be part of the leadership driving growth at a well-established full-service law firm.

My client enjoys an excellent reputation within the West Midlands market and consistently attracts high quality work and clients. The firm is presently seeking to recruit an experienced commercial property solicitor to both oversee the work within the team and also to work alongside heads of department to build the real estate offering, as well as the business services practice in general.

You will be an experienced commercial property lawyer of circa 5+yrs PQE or equivalent, with a proven track record across areas of real estate including acquisitions and disposals, lease negotiations and renewals, landlord & tenant, property finance and corporate support work. You will enjoy taking responsibility for mentoring and developing more junior fee-earners, and will be looking for an opportunity to really stretch your wings and to grow the department with plenty of autonomy.
