Our client is one of the largest facilities management and maintenance contractors in the UK, offering market leading opportunities for talented professionals looking for long term career progression.

Due to an increase in upcoming projects, there is now a need for a HVAC Supervisor to join this highly successful and forward-thinking organisation.

We are looking for a HVAC Supervisor who wants to work in a diverse role where no two days are the same.

As the HVAC Supervisor, you will provide the delivery of both planned and reactive FM maintenance services.

The HVAC Supervisor, will be responsible for:

* Ensure the company Health and Safety policy is adhered to

* Assist the Operations Manager in ensuring that all Statutory and Legislative requirements are achieved/adhered to for the site

* Ensure clients operational procedures are adhered to at all times

* Obtain appropriate authorisation for access into restricted areas from the client's representative as and when required

* Carry out planned preventative maintenance on engineering services as required

* Procure materials and equipment to carry out works

* To organise and supervise sub-contractor as and when required

* Ensure worksheets are completed for works undertaken and obtain authorisation from the Clients representative

* Advise Client of minor additional works, compile estimates and submit through Service Desk/ Operations Manager

* Be available to carry out necessary works outside normal hours with additional remuneration

To be successful for this HVAC Supervisor role you must have:

* Air Conditioning Qualification ideally Level 3 and Fgas (in date)

* Ideally served a recognised trade training scheme

* Ability to undertake all facets of maintenance and installation requirements as required within the scope of the contract

* IOSH Managing safely (can be booked post employment)

* Customer care/relationship building skills

* Able to work as a member of a team

* Able to work without direct supervision

* Able to conduct surveys throughout client sites

* Able to deal directly with customers in a professional manner and represent the company

* Experience of leading an engineering team preferable

* IT proficient in excel and ability to navigate CAFM systems
