As a Sub Agent, you'll oversee critical aspects of the project, ensuring smooth operations and top-notch quality throughout.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate with project managers to execute resurfacing plans effectively.
Manage on-site activities, including scheduling, resource allocation, and subcontractor coordination.
Conduct regular inspections to maintain quality standards and adherence to safety protocols.
Facilitate communication between different teams to optimize project efficiency.
Provide timely progress reports and address any issues that may arise promptly.Requirements:

Proven experience in construction or infrastructure projects, with a focus on resurfacing preferred.
Strong organisational and leadership skills to manage teams and deadlines effectively.
Excellent communication abilities to liaise with various stakeholders and ensure seamless collaboration.
Proficiency in project management software and tools for efficient workflow management.
