Key Responsibilities:

Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and creative English lessons that cater to the diverse needs and abilities of students in Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4.
Foster a love for literature and language through the exploration of a wide range of texts, genres, and writing styles.
Support students in developing their reading, writing, and communication skills, providing targeted feedback and guidance to help them achieve their full potential.
Create a positive and inclusive learning environment where all students feel valued, respected, and motivated to succeed.
Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices, resources, and ideas for enhancing the teaching and learning experience.Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
Specialism in English with the ability to teach across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4.
Strong subject knowledge and a passion for English literature and language.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
Commitment to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion within the school community.
Experience working in a multicultural school environment is desirable but not essential.Benefits:
