Internal Sales / Sales Support (18month maternity cover)

White Label Recruitment are currently working in partnership with a leading engineering manufacture that manufacturer that manufactures mechanically engineered products. They are now looking to take on a Internal Sales / Sales Support person on a 18month fixed term contract to cover maternity cover.

The Role

·Quotations and follow ups- standard quotes to be turned around within 24 hours, modified product quotes to be turned around within 72Hours and application/modified quotes to be turned around within 3 weeks (depending on complexity)

·Order Entry – all orders to be placed on the system the same day

·Sending Order Confirmations – to be sent to the customer within 24 hours of receiving an order

·Expediting orders for customers by liaising with relevant departments on a weekly basis

·Responsible for sending out weekly open order book reports to customers

·Maintain and improve good relations with external and internal customers

·Chase quotes to ensure customers have all the info they need and pull orders through.

·Daily data management

·Ad-hoc activities within the Internal Sales department

The Person

·Must have good background in Internal Sales / Sales Admin / Sales Support

·Any exposure in the engineering sector is highly desirable but not essential

·Ideally have worked for a manufacturer of any industry, but will also consider experience working for engineering distributors

The Package

* Up to £28k annual salary

* £500 quarterly bonuses

* 25 days holiday + bank holidays

* 8% matched pension

* Flexi time and hybrid working
