Waste Management Operative positions will commence with immediate effect however, should you have a notice period with your current employer, we will work around this. This is temp to permanent position.

Job description

Waste Management Operatives are responsible carrying out work that can be physically demanding.
You will be loading and unloading containers from a lorry
Loading barrels into heating rooms and washing down equipment
As you are working with food waste, equipment that you will be working with will often be dirty and will likely smell.
You must adhere to all Health & Safety regulations.
General housekeeping duties.
The successful candidate:

Previous experience working as a labourer or Waste Operative is ideal but is not essential.
You MUST have your own transport due to the location of this job
Happy to work with products that may look unpleasant at times and also bad smelling
Physically able to lift heavy loads
Reliable with good timekeeping.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude
