Our client, a distribution company based in Whitstable, is currently looking to recruit a Sales Administrator to join their team on a temporary-permanent basis. The successful candidate will be working 8.45 am-5.15 pm Monday to Friday
This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a progressive and forward-thinking organisation.
Duties and Responsibilities
* Dealing with incoming phone calls and emails and dealing with them accordingly
* Provide potential clients with quotes
* Process orders
* Issuing invoices
* Maintaining sales records and compiling monthly sales reports
Personal Specification
* Experience working in a similar role in a busy environment
* A well-organised and effective administrator, with a keen eye for detail
* A confident and professional manner both by phone and email
