Position Overview:
As a Fully Qualified Teacher in Spilsby, you will play a pivotal role in educating and inspiring students. Your adaptability and dedication to fostering students' academic growth are essential in delivering engaging and effective lessons.

Responsibilities:

Teaching: Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons in accordance with the national curriculum for Key Stage 2.
Instructor: Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse learning needs of students and create an inclusive classroom environment.
Versatility: Foster a positive and collaborative atmosphere that encourages student participation and critical thinking.
Evaluating: Implement effective assessment strategies to monitor and enhance student progress.
Engagement: Build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to support a collaborative learning community.
Adaptability: Contribute to extracurricular activities and the wider school community.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
Proven experience in teaching Key Stage 2 students.
Strong understanding of the national curriculum and key stage expectations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Passion for creating a positive and dynamic learning environment.
The ideal candidate will:

Be proactive, energetic, kind and caring
An enhanced DBS on the update service (or willing to go through the process with us)
A fully checkable work history
Must have a driving license.
Preferably should have business insurance and be committed for long term.
Candidate must be in good mental and physical health and also must be a resilient and reliable individual.
Must be able to work with vulnerable and challenging pupils in a school environment.
