About the Role:

Do you have a talent for organising fun and educational activities? We're launching a new after school club at a primary school in the Chichester area and need a dynamic individual to coordinate and lead our sessions. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on creating engaging experiences for children and wants to be part of a new, growing program.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and lead a group of 16 children through structured and free-play activities.

Implement the pre-planned schedule while introducing your own creative ideas over time.

Maintain a safe, organized environment where children can explore and learn.

Prepare and distribute snacks, catering to different dietary needs.

Promote a sense of belonging and cooperation among children.

Requirements:

Demonstrated experience working with children in environments like schools, nurseries, or sports clubs.

Strong communication and engagement skills.

A proactive, positive attitude.

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Due to the school’s location, having your own transport is advised.

Pediatric First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).

Level 2 Food Hygiene and Safety certification (or willingness to obtain).

A clear and current DBS check.
