Salary: £153 - £211 per day

TeacherActive is recruiting on behalf of a large Secondary school in the Mansfield area for a Music teacher to start immediately on a cover until the summer and possibly beyond. The school is a well-subscribed secondary school with a vibrant community feel and a friendly, supportive staff-base. The school boasts fantastic facilities and offers opportunities both inside and outside of lessons to promote students’ engagement, to help them flourish personally and academically.

The school is looking to take on a Music Teacher to work with just Key Stage 3 and 4.

The successful Music Teacher will have:

QTS with Music specialism (ECTs are also welcomed)
Experience teaching Music up to Key Stage 3
Excellent classroom management
