Wild Recruitment have a fantastic opportunity as a Solderer for one of our clients based in Fareham

Our client is a leading company in the UK, manufacturing and supplying products of the highest performance and quality. They want to recruit for this full time contract role urgently.

You will possess a strong manufacturing background. The role is to ensure that the soldering of products are carried out to the required requirements.

About the role:

Perform soldering tasks to assemble electronic components and circuit boards
Use hand tools and power tools to complete assembly tasks
Follow detailed work instructions and diagrams to ensure accurate assembly
Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to specifications
Troubleshoot and repair any defects or issues with the soldered components
Maintain a clean and organized work area

About you

Previous experience in soldering or electronics assembly is preferred
Knowledge of surface mount technology (SMT) and through-hole soldering techniques
Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and electrical equipment
Basic mechanical knowledge to understand assembly processes
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, diagrams, and work instructions
Strong attention to detail and quality control
Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
