Due to an increase in upcoming projects, there is now a need for a Mobile Fabric Engineer to join this highly successful and forward-thinking organisation.

We are looking for a Mobile Fabric Engineer who wants to work in a diverse role where no two days are the same.

As the Mobile Fabric Engineer​​​​​​​, you will provide the delivery of both planned and reactive FM maintenance services.

The Mobile Fabric Engineer​​​​​​​, will be responsible for:

* Demonstrating your understanding of all building fabric activities such as patch repairs, minor plumbing and carpentry, painting and decorating.

* Answering queries, reporting any defects.

* keeping the client informed of site activities at the time of the service visit.

* Completing all work-related documentation accurately and on time.

* Keeping logs of inspections reports and remedial work.

To be successful for this Mobile Fabric Engineer​​​​​​​ role you must have:

* Full current driving licence.

* IT literate, confident using a mobile device.

* Have good verbal and written communication skills.

* A highly self-motivated, and solutions focussed individual who can work without supervision but also enjoys working as part of a team.
