Key Responsibilities:

Fabricating and welding structural components.
Reading and interpreting engineering drawings.
Operating various tools and machinery.
Ensuring high-quality standards are met.
Following health and safety protocols.

Job Requirements:

Apprenticeship served or NVQ Level 3 equivalent in a relevant field.
Significant experience in marine/ship repair.
Proven expertise in fabrication and welding.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
Excellent attention to detail.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
Full SC clearance (Security Check) or willingness to undergo the clearance process.
Suitable candidates must be apprenticeship served or NVQ level 3 equivalent and come from a marine/shiprepair background.

Due to the nature of the projects full SC clearance is required. If this is held currently at another site it can be transferred.

Umbrella co rates:

Mon - Fri - £29.81
OT Mon - Fri - £28.30
OT Sat & Sun, Early & Lates - £32.34
Nights - £30.32

Standard week:
Mon- Thursday 4 x 8hrs
Friday - 4hrs

The standard week is 36 hours, OT available project dependant.

The initial contract is 3 months, starting on 20th May
