Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse/Community Nurse with a background in district nursing to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to patients in a home to home or ward settings. This role requires strong clinical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assessing and treating patients in the comfort of their home

- Administering medications and treatments as prescribed

- Collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care

- Providing health education and counseling to patients and their families

- Maintaining accurate patient records and documentation

- Adhering to best practices and clinical guidelines

Requirements:

- Registered Nurse qualification with active registration

- Proven experience working as a distric/community nurse

- Excellent clinical assessment and decision-making skills

- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

- Commitment to providing compassionate and high-quality patient care
