ROLE: Production All Rounder

Salary: £26K-£30K + overtime opportunities

Location: Camberley

The role

This role is responsible for the preparation of all types of signs, vinyl wraps & printed graphics. You will be working within the print and production operation area, working with various graphic and signage machinery. The role will be extremely varied & physical. This role will report to our Production Manager.

Please note this is not a graphic designer role – it is predominantly a sign making & print finishing position.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

* Taking accurate instruction & running off job sheets

* Preparation of signs ready for installation or dispatch

* Operating large format printers (Roland, Mimaki, Summa & Similar)

* Application of vinyl onto various substrates

* Processing artwork through RIP for printing

* Produce various signs and graphics including trays, post and panel, acrylic signs, banners, large format print, and vehicle graphics.

* General upkeep & maintenance of machines

* Ensure company Health and Safety procedures are adhered to.

Experience and Qualifications

* Able to demonstrate experience within a similar role.

* Knowledge and experience of Large Format Signage & printers

* Can-do approach to challenges and requests from customers.

* Logical thinker with strong attention to detail.

* A committed can-do positive attitude with the ability to integrate and work as a member of a team

* Effective communicator, with excellent customer service skills

* Self-starter with the ability to work with a minimum of supervision.

* Self-motivated, able to demonstrate initiative, and accept responsibility.

* Must be able to work to tight deadlines
