I am working closely with my council client as they seek an experienced Senior Planning Officer on an initial 3-month contract.
 
You will be working on large applications; infrastructure, EIA, schools etc and the council will prioritise any candidates with previous experience of negotiating S106 agreements for a county council.
 
The role is remote-based, with office presence preferred weekly.
