Primary SEN Teaching Assistant Specification

This role requires a patient and caring graduate who has previous experience working with children with SEN, either in a volunteer or paid role. The school wants to recruit someone who is truly committed to a career in education and will support the child both academically and socially.

About the Primary SEN Teaching Assistant Role

In this exciting Primary SEN Teaching Assistant position you will be working on an individual basis with a young boy who has a statement of ASD (Autism Spectrum Disorder) in Year 4. The young boy is delightful, strong willed and academically bright but finds socialising and working in class difficult.
