Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Fabric Engineer to support the maintenance of up to three Carlsberg distribution sites, with the possibility of managing a fourth. This is a Temp to Perm position, with a strong likelihood of becoming permanent as one of the current engineers is undergoing disciplinary action. The role requires someone with excellent hands-on skills in fabric maintenance, who can ensure the smooth operation of these key facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

* Perform Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance on the fabric of the buildings, ensuring a high standard of upkeep.

* Carry out minor electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and decorating tasks as needed.

* Conduct inspections to identify potential maintenance needs and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.

* Coordinate with other engineers and contractors to address any issues that may arise.

* Maintain accurate documentation of all maintenance tasks and repairs.

Requirements:

* Proven experience in fabric maintenance, including minor repairs and general building upkeep.

* Ability to manage multiple tasks across multiple sites efficiently.

* Good communication skills to liaise with site management and external contractors.

* Full driving license, as travel between sites is required.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
