Aspire People is currently recruiting qualified Nursery Practitioners to join our team and contribute to the holistic development and well-being of children in nursery settings.

Key Responsibilities:
*Provide high-quality care and education to children aged 0-5 years in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
*Create a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment that promotes children's learning, development, and well-being.
*Plan and deliver engaging and age-appropriate activities that support children's individual interests, strengths, and needs.
*Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues to promote effective communication and collaboration.
*Maintain accurate records of children's progress, observations, and assessments to support their learning journey.

Requirements:
*Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years Education.
*Previous experience working as a Nursery Practitioner in a childcare setting.
*Sound knowledge and understanding of the EYFS framework.
*Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
*A genuine passion for working with young children and supporting their development.
