Job Title: Maintenance Plumber

Location: Middlesex NW10

Hours: Monday - Friday 37.5 Hours 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM (On-Going Work)

Rate: £20 - £24 an hour

Responsibilities:

* General Maintenance
* Flushing blockages
* Repairing broken or faulty equipment
* Testing equipment and systems
* Improvements and installations
* Perform reactive, routine, and preventative maintenance and testing
* Testing, fault finding, and repairs on plumbing fixtures and equipment, including water pipes, thermostatic mixing valves, sprinkler systems, sinks, toilets, showers, water filtration plant, emergency water bypass systems, and drainage systems

Qualifications and Skills:

* NVQ Level 2 or higher BTEC/City & Guilds or equivalent.
* Formal apprenticeship or craft trained equivalent.
* Experience within Estates
