Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive face-to-face psychological assessments of students to identify learning, emotional, and behavioural needs.
Develop individualised intervention plans and strategies based on assessment findings.
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to implement and monitor intervention plans.
Provide direct support and counselling to students, addressing issues such as academic performance, social skills, and emotional well-being.
Offer training and professional development for school staff and parents on relevant psychological and educational topics.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of assessments, interventions, and progress.
Stay updated with the latest research and developments in educational psychology and apply this knowledge to practice.Qualifications:

Doctoral degree in Educational Psychology and HCPC registered.
Proven experience in conducting face-to-face psychological assessments with children and adolescents.
Strong understanding of child development, learning disabilities, and behavioural interventions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
