The Company

An leading engieering company who specialise in the design, manufacture and install of special purpose machinery.

The Role

Welding and fabrication in stainless steel material 1.0mm – 12mm thickness. Both Tig and Synergic Mig welding processes are utilised. It is expected you will have experience in reading engineering drawings.

The work will include the following:

To carry out a policy of quality engineering when working in the factory / on site.

TIG and MIG Welding

Working from engineering drawings

You must be able to work within a team, either in the main production area or if needed, on a client’s site

The Candidate

To apply for this role, you must

1. Be experienced in both TIG and MIG welding

2. Able to work to a number of different tolerances

3. City & Guilds Qualifications in Welding and Fabrication/Apprenticeship in a recognised Engineering environment would be an advantage.

4. Comfortable reading and interpreting engineering drawings
