Vehicle sales experience would be great but certainly not essential as long as you have a proven track record in face to face sales.

What we expect from you as a Sales Executive?
You will engage with customers through various channels, including face-to-face, over the phone, and via the internet. Promptly managing these enquiries with courtesy and professionalism is vital, resulting in vehicle, finance, and insurance product sales.
You will provide exceptional communication and an outstanding customer experience before, during, and after the vehicle collection, tailoring all options to meet the customer's needs and lifestyle.
On a daily basis you will?
Regularly contact new and existing customers to maintain a supportive relationship
Respond to incoming queries quickly, efficiently, and professionally
Remain proactive, seeking out opportunities even when incoming enquiries are quiet
Guide customers through used car purchases, delivering outstanding customer service as a representative of Eclipse Car Sales
Achieve both individual and team sales targets by maximising upsell opportunities for finance, insurance products, and accessories
Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of our vehicle range
Offer advice and guidance to our existing finance customers nearing the end of their current contracts, encouraging them to visit the showroom to explore their options
Required Experience:
Previous sales experience (vehicle sales would be beneficial)
Knowledge of cars
Full, Clean UK Driving Licence
Enthusiastic and dynamic individual
Excellent customer service skills
Customer-first attitude
Enjoy working to and achieving targets
Able to take the initiative and be a supportive team player
Computer literacy
Excellent with paperwork and numbers
