Civil engineering organisation, in existence over 70 years, with a place on major infrastructure frameworks, requires a Sub Agent / Site Agent for a highways project in Sussex.

The Sub Agent / Site Agent will be responsible for managing civils works for highways and structures.

* Manage site staff and sub-contractors

* Prepare and monitor work programmes

* Put together risk assessments, method statements (RAMS) and project management plans

* Monitor costs, ensuring adherence with budget

* Manage coordination of design

* Assess performance of sub-contractors

* Liaise with local groups and organisations as necessary

* Ensure all work complies with health, safety and environmental policies and procedures

Requirements:

* Experience as a Sub Agent or Site Agent within the civils sector, covering highways, structures and earthworks

* SMSTS

* CSCS

* Driving licence
