Commercial Sales Executive

Responsibilities:-
* Plan, prospect, and sell general insurance products to target customers, designed to meet their long term needs.
* Collate, analyse, and evaluate relevant customer personal, business and financial information to complete Fact Finds, provide information and recommend products and services.
* Cross sell the full range of the company's products, including financial services, risk management services and motor, personal insurances.
* Record and track contacts, prospects and sales to maximise conversion ratios of leads to sales
* Handle day to day enquiries, renewal preparation and negotiating.
* identifying new sales opportunities, in a mix of the office environment and visiting clients at their premises
Person Specification:-
* Previous insurance experience is highly desirable but not essential
* PC literate with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office
* Car owner/driver is essential
* Excellent relationship building abilities
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* A desire to sell and build lasting client relationships
* 'Can do attitude'
* Self motivated
25 days holiday plus bank holidays
Hours: Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm
