Kinetic Industrial are looking to recruit a Quality Technician for one of our leading medical clients in Pitsford, Northampton.

This is a permanent position working Monday to Friday, 7am to 3:30pm (with some flexibility) and a salary from £25,000 per annum.

As a Quality Technician you will be responsible for the disinfection, inspection and record keeping of flexible Endoscopes. You will become familiar with various types of surgical devices and instruments and learn how to best maintain and repair them

The role:
* Preform inspection, repair and disinfection on all flexible scopes.
* Responsible for reporting any faults found with machinery and equipment.
* Works collaboratively with fellow team members to complete repair orders in a timely manner and to the highest quality standards.
* Inspect every scope thoroughly to the clients Quality Guidelines (before and after repair).
* Input all information into an IT system to ensure all inspections, observations, notes and repair services and tracked correctly.
* Be a role model for their team members and always adhere to best practice standards.
* Ensure inbound and outbound order output, ensuring order timeliness and quality are met at all times.
* Responsible for the cleaning and maintenance of all the factory equipment and that it is safe to use.
* Technicians will ensure that all work areas are kept clean and tidy at all times.

* Abide by all the company's health and safety policies and procedures.

In return for working for this great company, you will receive:
* Salary £25,000 per annum
* Full training provided
* Permanent position 40 hours per week
* Monday to Friday 7am to 3:30pm
* Opportunity to work for a large company within a niche market gaining great experience
