As an Account Executive, you will be at the heart of client relationships, driving growth and forging strong partnerships across the UK and Europe. You’ll manage customers across some major retail brands, focusing on service, growth, profitability, and long-term partnerships.

As an Account Executive, you will receive the following:

As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for:

* Managing account plans to drive sales growth and achieve revenue targets.

* Maintaining strong relationships with customers, distributors, and internal teams.

* Working with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of account plans.

* Analysing market data and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.

* Managing the entire account management process, from forecasting to invoice reconciliation.

* Serving as the primary contact for customer inquiries and issues.

* Assisting the Account Director in business development opportunities with new customers in the UK and Europe.

We would love to see CVs from candidates who have:

* 1-2 years’ experience in a commercial role.

* To be great with Excel (in fact, you need to be a bit of a whizz).

* Experience in the FMCG, pet industry, or in a major retailer would be advantageous

* Strong commercial acumen, excellent communication, and negotiation skills.

* Highly organised with strong attention to detail.

* Willingness to travel as needed. This is likely to be once per month.
