As a Special Educational Needs (SEN) Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the learning and development of students with diverse needs. You will work closely with teachers and other support staff to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide tailored support to students with special educational needs.
Assist in the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
Foster a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment.
Support classroom activities and manage student behaviour.
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure the best outcomes for students.
Participate in training and development opportunities to further enhance your skills.
Requirements:

Previous experience working with children with special educational needs.
A patient, empathetic, and proactive approach to supporting students.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Relevant qualifications or training in SEN (desirable but not essential).
A commitment to promoting equality and diversity within the school.
