Full-Time Learning Mentor 馃搷 Location: New Addington 馃搮 September Start 馃彨 Mainstream Primary School

Reeson Education is seeking a dedicated Full-Time Learning Mentor to join a mainstream primary school in New Addington starting in September. This role offers the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of students and contribute to their overall development.
Learning Mentor Key Responsibilities:
Provide one-to-one and group support to students, focusing on their social, emotional, and behavioural needs.
Implement interventions and strategies to support students' academic progress and promote positive behaviour and engagement.
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and external agencies to develop individualised support plans and monitor students' progress.
Create and deliver workshops and activities to develop students' social and emotional skills, resilience, and self-esteem.Learning Mentor Requirements:
Previous experience working as a Learning Mentor or in a similar role, preferably within a school setting.
Strong understanding of child development, social and emotional well-being, and behaviour management techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents.
Dedication to supporting the holistic development of students and promoting a positive and inclusive school environment.What We Offer:
