Position Overview:
They are seeking a talented Bid Writer to join the team and play a pivotal role in securing exciting new projects. As a Bid Writer, you will be responsible for producing compelling, high-quality bid documents that effectively communicate the strengths, capabilities, and value proposition to potential clients. Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand project requirements and develop bid strategies.
Conduct thorough research to gather relevant information, including project specifications, client needs, and competitor analysis.
Write and edit persuasive bid content, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and alignment with company messaging and branding.
Coordinate with subject matter experts to gather technical input and integrate it into bid responses.
Manage the bid production process, including organising and prioritising tasks to meet deadlines.
Review and refine bid documents to ensure compliance with tender requirements and submission guidelines.
Support post-bid activities, such as debriefs and feedback analysis, to continuously improve bid performance.Requirements:

Proven experience in bid writing within the construction or civil engineering industry.
Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to craft clear, concise, and compelling content.
Excellent research and analytical abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities effectively.
Familiarity with tender processes, including public sector procurement frameworks, is advantageous.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and bid management software.
