A well established family run business who offer construction services across the national area are looking for an experienced Administrator to support their Sales and Estimating team.

Applicants must be able to drive and have their own transport as the area has no public service access.

Estimating Administrator:

The role is for a highly organised and computer confident Administrator to help run and monitor the whole admin side of our estimating department.

The duties of this role would be varied;

1) logging and allocating newly received tenders on the cloud-based CRM system and internal hard drive.

2) Accessing and downloading important project info from client portals 

3) Liaising with clients where necessary about project info and updating estimators and commercial manager.

4) Completing requested project PQQ forms for clients and liaising with Health & Safety department

5) Updating tender portals with required information
