Role Overview:

We are seeking a motivated Junior Estimator to join our dynamic team. This role involves supporting various projects, providing accurate estimates, and handling administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have some estimating experience and construction experience is preferred but not required. This is a full-time, office-based position from Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities:

* Project Support: Assist in managing and supporting ongoing projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget.

* Estimating: Prepare accurate and detailed estimates for various projects, ensuring all costings and quotes are precise.

* Administrative Tasks: Handle administrative duties related to project management, including documentation, scheduling, and communication.

* Project Monitoring: Oversee the progress of projects, making necessary adjustments to keep them on track and within scope.

* Collaboration: Work closely with different teams, including sales, service delivery, and site supervisors, to ensure smooth project execution.

* Resource Management: Monitor and manage project resources and equipment to maintain high standards of service delivery.

* Quality Assurance: Review and evaluate project reports and job sheets to ensure adherence to quality standards.

Qualifications & Skills:

* Construction experience is preferred but not required.

* Archetictural or civil engineering background is an advantage.

* Some level of estimating experience is required.

* Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

* Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

* Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

* Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software.

* Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy.

* Problem-solving skills and the ability to make informed decisions.
