Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the Science department, ensuring high standards of teaching and learning.
Develop and implement innovative science curricula that engage and inspire students.
Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback and support.
Foster a positive and inclusive environment that encourages scientific inquiry and exploration.
Organize and oversee science-related events, competitions, and extracurricular activities.
Collaborate with other departments and staff to enhance the overall educational experience.
Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching qualification.
Strong knowledge of the science curriculum and current educational practices.
Proven leadership and management skills within an educational setting.
