MEP Revit Technician – South Manchester

Vertical Recruitment is working with a Leading South Manchester based independent Building Services Consultancy. Established for almost 20 years, they have an excellent market reputation, the Manchester team has grown steadily and carry out projects in multiple sectors. Known for a high quality and innovative design approach.

Recent schemes include New Build net zero carbon Education projects as part of the DFE framework. High-profile mixed-use city centre redevelopment and stadium refurbishment projects.

They have an excellent opportunity for a Senior Revit MEP Technician to join the team. The ideal candidate will have extensive consultancy experience and skilled with Revit MEP. Ideally you will be a strong communicator, liaising effectively with the in-house and external design team and collaborators.

Role And Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for providing Revit and AutoCAD design support, including the following:

* Develop 3D structural models and produce necessary drawings using Revit

* Keep up to date with the latest software updates, AutoCAD/Revit Standards

* Help develop and implement Revit throughout the business

* Working to deadlines whilst producing the highest quality of work

* Co-ordinate accurately with all other disciplines including face to face meetings

Experience And Skills Required:

* Experience as a Building Services Revit Technician working within a Construction environment, ideally gained from a consultancy background

* Revit experience is essential

* The ability to co-ordinate designs
