Packer

Packers required to work for manufacturing company based in Kempston, Bedfordshire

Duties include:

* Carry out final assembly of metal products to company standards ensuring high levels of accuracy prior to despatch using basic hand tools

* Assembly of small component products

* Final inspection of product

* Pack and palletise product ready for despatch

* Able to work in a fast paced environment with fast changing priorities

* Heavy lifting

Required skills

* Be a good team worker demonstrating loyalty and commitment to the company and team members

* Good grasp of basic numeracy

* Experience of using power and manual tools

* Ability to use measuring equipment

* Need to be physically fit and have a “can do” attitude

* Fork Lift licence would be preferable but not essential

Successful candidates will have had experience in packing and use of hand tools

8am--4.30pm Monday to Thursday

8am-12.00pm Friday

£11.44- £12.82 hour

Interview then immediate start

Temporary with a view to going perm.
