They are actively recruiting due to exceptional business growth in their 2024/25 project pipeline and annual turnover. They are looking for a talented Senior Electrical Project Manager to be the lead on a landmark commercial new build project in the heart of Central London.

Responsibilities/ Skills & Experience

• Circa £5-15 Million Electrical Projects reporting to the Project Director CAT B Fit Out.

• Circa 5-15 Floors, managing Electrical Packages, from Tender to Commissioning.

• Reporting to Directors.

• Administer procurement of sub-packages/contracts and materials.

• Liaising with clients over design variations.

• Professionally represent the company during client meetings.

• Managing full site team

• Developing and maintaining excellent customer and full site team relationships.

• Ensure projects are delivered to a high quality in line with the set specification and budget.

• Always ensuring health & safety is followed.

• Commercially lead a project.

• Oversee a project from inception to completion.

About you:

This individual needs to have completed a project from inception to completion with a project value over £5-£10 million M&E. Ideally this candidate needs to have a degree (or Equivalent) in either Electrical Engineering or Building Services Engineering, however this isn’t the key decider.
