Join a successful UK business during a phase of increased digitalisation. Using Analysis and critical thinking play a key role supporting the Chief Digital Officer to manage their data analytics expansion.

Key skills
Data insight, analysis, stakeholder management, understanding complex requirements and building simple solutions, marketing optimisation, contact strategy. Tech - Power BI, SQL, Python, ML

The objectives of the 3-month contract are as follows:

1.Plan delivery of new suite of reports for contract strategy
a.Contact strategy covers lead to contact and contact to fact find and is a critical business process. Inbound calls are also covered in contact strategy.
b.Review current reports (across three systems, talkdesk, Sisense and PowerBI).
c.Gather, review, and refine requirements from stakeholders.
d.Perform gap analysis, determine overlap between reports, and identify multiple versions of truth.
e.Provide consultancy and challenge as appropriate

2.Lead the delivery of key dataset and reports
a.Plan delivery agree resource, prioritise requirements, produce release schedule
b.Work with engineering team to define the critical datasets (following Data as a Product principals)
c.Work with reporting team to follow Power BI style guide, internal practices and ultimately have the metrics approved for use.
d.Provide recommendations to make the reports as user friendly as possible.
e.Ensure appropriate documentation, data lineage and user guides.

3.Analysis and critical thinking
a.Help solve complex data related problems. Be prepared for hidden challenges in the data that may surface during this work. Use your experience and judgement, to guide the team and make decisions.
b.Ensure that any assumptions or limitations of the reports are clearly understood.
c.Help the team size problems quickly
d.Use the reports to pull out key insights and recommendations.
