This organisation are investing £250m to transform their facilities over the next number of years. This is a brilliant opportunity to have a big involvement in that, taking responsibility for day to day management of operations of the site.
In this role you will be an essential part of the strategic maintenance team. You will be responsible for management of statutory, reactive and planned preventive maintenance and testing of electrical elements across the Estate, as well as contract management of delegated maintenance contracts and minor projects.
The ideal candidate will be an electrical operations manager with a degree in electrical or equivalent and an electrical background working on facilities. Planned maintenance experience is essential.

The Role:
* Essential part of the Strategic Maintenance Team
* Day to day management of operations of the site within facilities management
* Management of statutory, reactive and planned preventive maintenance and testing of electrical elements across the Estate
* Contract management of delegated maintenance contracts and minor projects
The Person:
* Degree in electrical or equivalent
* Electrical background working on facilities
* Planned maintenance experience is essential
* Knowledge of Computer aided facilities management systems
* Knowledge of relevant health and safety legislation - IOSH qualification beneficial
