EL/PL Lawyer

A well-regarded law firm in South Manchester is seeking a skilled EL/PL Lawyer to join their team. This position involves handling a diverse caseload of Employers' Liability (EL), Public Liability (PL), and Occupiers' Liability (OL) claims from start to finish, with a strong focus on fast-track litigation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and progress a fast-track caseload of EL, PL, and OL claims from inception to resolution.
* Handle all aspects of litigation, including pre-litigation and litigated cases.
* Provide expert legal advice and representation to clients.
* Draft legal documents, prepare for court proceedings, and negotiate settlements.
* Liaise with clients, experts, and other legal professionals.
* Ensure compliance with relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
* Minimum of two years of experience in handling EL, PL, and OL claims.
* Proven litigation experience is essential.
* Strong understanding of the fast-track claims process.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Ability to manage a busy caseload independently.
