Building Surveyor (Rail) x 2

Rate: £450/day DOE

Location: Birmingham and Watford

Length of Contract: 6 months initial

*** Calling Asset Engineers Immediate opportunities available ***

We are looking for Building surveyors to join on some long-term projects.

This position would be working on the visual inspection of all off-track assets, ensuring reports are submitted to the Section Manager on the condition of the off-track assets

This position would be suitable for an existing Building surveyor with Rail background.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

* Manage and deliver asset condition surveys, ensuring statutory compliance and deadlines.

* Contribute to survey program development and report progress to Assistant Delivery Manager.

* Ensure Network Rail policies and mandatory reports are followed

* CDM 2015 Building Surveyor responsibilities.

* Work nights, weekends, and occasionally away from home as needed.

Essential requirements:

* PTS Essential

* Strong Building Surveying experience

* Ability to maintain accurate inspection records and allocate work accordingly
